Ms. Lussier has over 30 years of overall industry experience building teams utilizing her extensive Human Resources, Training, Sales and Information Technology background.  She has experience leading and building teams for various fortune 500 clients, Big 5 Consulting Firms and small boutique firms.  Her extensive industry experience includes Utility, Real Estate, Banking, Technology, Trading, Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Retail, and Manufacturing. 

 Her experience includes global ventures which include the US, Asia, Brazil, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean Islands.  Over her career, she has successfully managed and driven project initiatives ranging up to an over 50M with team sizes of 3 to 50 team members.
